Cancellation Policy

Cabins

Our cancellation policy for cabin stays varies depending on the time between the cancellation date and the arrival date of the stay to be cancelled.

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: stays can be cancelled or modified without charge. In the event of a modification, if the rate of the new reservation is higher than that of the initial reservation, payment of the remaining balance will be required.

  • Between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival: Stays cannot be cancelled, only modifications are permitted. Cancellation results in the loss of 100% of the reservation, plus applicable taxes. Any modification to a reservation will result in a $25 fee. If the rate of the new reservation is higher than the original reservation, payment of the remaining balance will be required. (However, no refund will be made if the rate of the new reservation is lower than the original reservation).

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Stays cannot be cancelled or modified. Cancellations result in the loss of 100% of the reservation, plus applicable taxes.

  • If you made a "last minute" booking and you are immediately under the above conditions, you have 24 hours to change your mind and call us for a cancellation with refund.

In any case, you must call us to make a change or cancellation.

Can I get a refund in case of illness or bad weather?

The above cancellation policies apply regardless of your personal reason for requesting a cancellation. Your comfort with the weather is also a personal reason. :)

It is important to understand that cancellation policies are designed to prevent loss of revenue for the business. A slot booked and cancelled after the prescribed deadline has a very high potential of never being re-let.

In exceptional situations of major storms with closed roads we authorize changes to reservations.

Thermal spas

You must notify us at least 72 hours in advance if you wish to obtain a refund. Less than 72 hours before the start date and time of your session, the reservation is lost.
